Review:

Another banger from the houses of Ratnagiri and Savorworks. This coffee has notes of peaches, raw mango and is slightly sweet. The roaster mentions notes of peaches, plums, cherry and cane sugar. The cup starts with a distinct peachy note with the complexity of the coffee dominating the length of the body. There is an underlying sweetness in the coffee which is highlighted as the coffee cools down. Finally, the cup finishes with an plum or cherry like brightness and lingers on the tongue for a while. One of those coffees which you can blindly trust to be had black using a manual brewing method.
