Review:
Coffee has notes of citrus, lemongrass and nuts. It has a heavy body which may need to be bypassed if you are making a manual brew. Leaves behind a smoky aftertaste. Nothing too complex about this coffee and is simple yet decently structured.
Best for: French Press
Worst for: Pourover
Pro tips:
Use coarser grinds for a lighter body
Use a lower water temperature to extract less bitters to make the coffee taste much more balanced
Final verdict: Makes for a decent everyday option. But there are better coffees available in the market.
