Review:
This coffee has notes of lime, berry, chocolate and walnuts. The nuttiness is dominant throughout the flavour profile of this coffee. It has a bitter acidic balance with a chocolate finish. The citrus and berries run in the background of the coffee. There is definitely more to this coffee which needs to be explored and brought out.
Best for: Pourovers, Espresso
Worst for: NA
Pro tips:
Try brewing with a lower brew ratio (say 1:10) and purge. Will allow you to get lesser nuttiness and more sweetness in the cup.
Final verdict: Moderately recommended.
