Review:
The coffee has notes of stone-fruit and apples. There is a certain hint of fermentation which I liked. The roaster mentions notes of dried apples and peaches which seems to be the case. Light bodied and a decent balance. Comes off as a very different coffee unlike what you find in the industry. I’m sure the roaster can explore developing this coffee in a much more delicate fashion to fine tune further.
Best for: Pourover
Worst for: Iced pourover
Pro tips:
The coffee performs best at higher temperatures. Stick to hot manual brews.
Final verdict: Definitely should try this coffee once.
