Review:
The coffee is a peculiar one. It has pretty simple notes of chocolate and roasted almonds. But if you brew it using a standard recipe, you will not find it impressive. The brewing methods need to be tweaked to get the maximum out of this coffee. Brewing an inverted Aeropress using 16.6 grams coffee and 200 ml water followed by a 20 ml bypass, I found a great balance with an underlying acidity giving additional notes of lemon with a rounded body. Great in terms of acidity and sweetness. Simple, straightforward and no-nonsensce. Overall, makes for a coffee that goes well with desserts.
