Review:
I could taste nuts, sugarcane, corn and caramel. No distinct fruitiness and is more roasty-nutty. The tasting notes did say sweet lime and raisins which I could sense in the aromatics of it but this coffee tastes different when brewed. It finishes off smoothly and overall was a pleasant experience. But it has a juicy body and an amazing mouthfeel. I may want to have this as my morning go-to coffee.
Best for: Pourovers, AeroPress
Worst for: South Indian Filter
Pro tips:
Brew iced pourovers to enjoy a distinct sugarcane juice like mouthfeel
Use a 1:8 brew ratio and purge with 50% water
