Review:

The coffee has notes of chocolate, honey, lime, tomato and cherries. The roaster mentions notes of malts, nuts and citrus but those were mostly limited to the aroma and not the brew itself. The coffee has a decent acidity and a complimenting balance. But overall I did not enjoy the coffee as much as I was anticipating. Needs more work to be done in my opinion.

Best for: Espresso

Worst for: AeroPress

Pro tips:

Try using finer grinds and hot water to extract the bitters for bolder flavours on this coffee

Final verdict: Moderately recommended. They do have better options.
